If I take clonazepam with escitalopram will it harm me? Other than double drowsiness?

It all depends--if you were prescribed both medications legitimately and are not allergic to either, you will probably be fine. I have been RX'ed Lexapro 20 mg./day & Clonazepam 1 mg. (Up to 4x/day if needed) for many years now and they work very well for me personally.
Since the dosage range is more flexible with Clonazepam, I think if you experience increased fatigue it would be due mainly to the amount of Clonazepam you're taking and what it's been RX'ed to treat.
I have tried Serax, Xanax, Valium in the past & besides Serax, perhaps, Clonazepam was the least sedating to me.
Best!
