Clear discharge while having Bacterial Vaginitis? Is this normal?

I don't know if this is due to having the Nexplanon or the bacterial Vaginitis, but I am having dried blood (which my gyno said was because of the Nexplanon) but now I am having clear discharge, almost like I am peeing my pants? I have a tampon in because of the dried blood but sometimes it comes out just wet. Is this it trying to push out the infection out of my vagina or what? I am on the gel and I haven't been using it everyday as prescribed due to being forgetful. It was prescribed 5 consecutive nights and I have only taken it once and forgot to take for 2 or 3 nights, should I just go back to doing it until it runs out? Help! I am freaking out!
Thanks in advance!
Discharge is normal for vaginitis because it is defined as irritation of the vagina ( itis is inflammation. )
Having said that get back on the Nexplanon and call your doctor and review your systems with him/her ASAP.
Do NOT leave a tampon in your vagina longer than your normal period lest you get Toxic Shock Syndrome.
Call your doctor!
