Now she admitted to having unprotected sex a month ago with someone else but says he was clean and the unprotected part of the sex was oral could she get a std from that and when she had sex wit me passed it and the problem just now appeared can it b that r I'm I tripping

That would be pretty much of a stretch. It could be just a bladder infection you're sharing.
That the problem started in; both of you more or less, at the same time, I instantly thought UTI (urinary tract infection). The doctor can assess both of you at the same time (simple urine test; they won't be checking for anything else in your blood) and get some antibiotics. It is not classed as an STD because they are pretty easy to catch on your own. Women are particularly susceptible and I've had two myself.
