Could clarithromycin cause tingling in the lips & tongue? Also my lips feel swelled?

You might be allergic to this medication. You should notify your doctor right away if your symptoms get worse. Sometimes, allergic reactions can cause an obstruction of your airway and can be fatal.

If your lips are swelling, don't take anymore, take an antihistamine if you have one, and get to the hosptial. Swelling in your face can easily turn to swelling in your airway and difficulty breathing. Do not drive yourself there.
