a child of 3 years of age suffered by post operational (enguinal harnea and epigastic harnea) bacterial infection(date of operation 29.10.2013) of pseudomonas aeruginosa and Doctor has prescribed him to consume clarithromycin for oral suspension usp, continuing for last two months with dressing of wounds. is there any effect of said syrup in fighting out said bacteria or there is other medicine to fight out said bacteria effectively ? whether consumption of said medicine for such prolong time is correct ? is there any side effect for such consumption ? what is the better medicine to recover from the said bacterial infection and its doses ? Still how much time may take to recover from such infection ?
