This is nothing anyone else can possibly know. However, if more than 72 hours of regular eating goes by and you do not have one, it's time to change you eating habits, hydration, exercise, fiber intake, etc.
Consult your physician then see a nutritionist if the Dr's advice doesn't pan out.
