Amanda Marie,
How long have you been taking the Celexa? The reason why I ask is that it usually takes about 4-6 weeks before you'll start to notice any real change. If you've been taking it this long and you don't think it's working, then you should definitely talk with your prescribing doctor and see about tappering off of the Celexa and possibly trying something else. Hope this helps.

If you don't think it's working, then by all means consult the doctor. He/she may want to alter the dose or try something else. Hope you get to feeling better.
