Is citalopram good for pain?

Not particularly. Some antidperssants, which citalopram is, are used for pain. One such commonly used for pain is Cymbalta.

Hey tvanoster, For me, citalaprom ia great anti-depressant, but no pain relief..

Hi, no Citalopram won't help to relieve pain. As Laurie has said, some antidepressants do, for example Amitriptyline. I was prescribed Amitriptyline when i injured my back, it helped to treat the pain and aid sleep. free discount card
