In what locations does your panic attacks happen at? Panic attacks can be controlled as long as you recognize the symptoms and get it under control before they get bad of course everyone is different. I had a very bad panic attack once at the gym that had people coming over asking me if I was ok. It passed and I didn't call the ambulance or anything but I really thought I was going to die. I had another bunch of attacks incidentally at the gym again but I recognized the symptoms stopped what I was doing and tried to calm down and breathe and lo and behold panic attack averted. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Hi, i have been taking Celexa for some years now, and find it really effective. I hope your doctor has educated you about the induction period (about 4 weeks) and possible side effects? The first phase of taking antidepressants is where you are getting used to this new medication. Sometimes you can feel worse before you feel better, please don't let this put you off though. The side effects will pass and i hope you have as much success as i have done. I've added a link or you to read more about Celexa... https://www.drugs.com/celexa.html
