Do not use Ciprofloxacin if your doctor didn't tell you to. It belongs to a class of medications known as fluoruquinolones which can cause very dangerous side effects. Also you do not know if your tooth pain is caused by bacteria. Go see a dentist, until then consider using Motrin and Orajel to help with the pain.
