does cipro reduces platletts in blood
Cipro can it be taken if one has itp? low platletts?

It might be iffy. Cipro can cause low platelets, but then again it can cause high platelets. Do you see a hematologist? That is something you should ask, what medication is it best for you to stay away from, if there is one.
I would say if you are on it you should have a platelet count down when you finish it. Those side effects are in the rare list, so its not something that happens a lot.
