I have OCD and always thought I was late bc of that but I can't focus on anything and think I have ADD or ADHD...
It could be both. For me, I know my anxiety and perfectionism play a large role as well. Some apps recommended for ADHD have been helpful. There is one called 30/30 that let's you set multiple timers to remind you to move on to the next task. I get hyper focused on one thing and don't even notice silly little things like time... Make sure to set it up the night before, DON'T try to figure out that morning or you will really be late!
