On 3rd day have insomnia?
Hi, i went through this also, so i understand how frustrating it is! Some simple advice is trying not to nap during the day, don't drink any caffeine after midday, try to get out of the house each day, go for a short walk (if possible), the fresh air, sun exposure and exercise will all help. You could ask your doctor for a short course of Zopiclone if the insomnia continues. Good luck with the detox
