I got tested for Chlamydia a month ago and took 2 pills of Azithromycin at once. My partner also got tested and treated the same way. We did have sex twice with condoms after. My symptom beforehand was a smelly vaginal discharge. After I took the antibiotics I noticed the smell go away but now it has been about 3 weeks since the 7th day after I took the pills and I'm noticing a bit of a smell again. Could I still have Chlamydia? Could I have gotten it again because of the condom sex? Did the antibiotics not work? What should I do?
Sound like bacterial Vaginosis to me, however unlikely that seems, but if the discharge both smells and is accompanied by a yellowish tint, then it's back to the doctor. Use a condom during sex until you have it sorted out. Any therapy should be matched by the BF simultaneously.
