... enough from our foods so we need to supplement. My question is, what is the best form? I heard that magnesium chelate or gel is the best. Also, I suffer from vit B6 toxicity, my levels are normal now, but I am still in considerable pain and experiencing all the symptoms of detox. I am taking Chinese herbs as well as what Dr Weil recommended for healing my nerves. Do I need to get the magnesium challenge test before I start on a magnesium regimen? Please advise... Thank you
