I have seen this in reviews and I am not sure I understand what to expect. I started taking Chantix today.

You may start to have dreams where you wake up thinking that everything in the dream really just happened. I personally called them nightmares because a few involved my dog falling off of a cliff and I would wake up crying thinking she was really dead. Thinking... How did I let her fall but then I would see that she was right there next to my bed which would make me feel a little better but the moment when you wake up you really believe it happened. No worries, they are just dreams per the side effects page. Some of the dreams may awake you but that shouldn't keep you from quiting just take it long enough to quit smoking and feel comfortable with no cravings.
