I have certain triggers which make me want to smoke, even after not smoking for weeks or months. I'll cave and go buy a packet if cigarettes and smoke them all within 5 days. Then I'll not think about smoking again. The triggers are stressful situations and sometimes social activities. I don't know what to do. I have a Chantix prescription and thought about using but just take half the normal dose. Anyone have any thoughts or similar situation?
