From the people who have started on Contrave what other changes in the lifestyle have you made? is it just diet ?
Here's what I would do:
*plan to sleep more
*drink more water
*get a pill organizer to take doses
*plan to get a hobby or something to do in the time you used to eat/cook (I really do not care about food. I even "forget" to eat at times.)
*maybe have some Advil or something for headaches
*pribotic pill or yogurt/fiber pill/Fiber One cereal to keep "regular"-don't wait until it gets bad
*new clothes (my clothes are starting to hang on me)
*small meals to eat when taking pills (I get a stomach ache if I don't eat with pills)
*talk to someone (I felt very odd weeks 3 and 4. I had a friend on Zoloft who reassured me that these feeling would go away. They did!)
I still try to walk, but I am not longer toiling away uselessly at the gym. Really, I think the most important thing is to eat small meals and drink a lot of water.
