Evening I am suffering from depression and anxiety and have currently been prescribed 225 xr Venlafaxine on day 4 now I have always taking my anti depressants in the morning however I am now waking up with horrendous anxiety which stays with me all day until 7/8 in the evening do you think changing the time I take my tablets may help the anxiety ? I also take 50mg of quetiapine before bed if changing the time is a suggestion do I miss my morning does tomorrow of venlafaxine or can I take it just before going to bed tonight ? Thanks
I tjhink you have to work together with your Dr. and not make the desicions/changes on your own.
I am 44 years old and experience has taught me not to change anything unless my Dr. helps me, I am sharing not comparing at all, I take:
I have terrible insomnia an also suffer from Bipolar disorder, all the meds help with my BPD, but I take them for insomnia mainly (off label use). I have made changes, 3 days I´ve been fine, day 4 you would not believe it.
So this is my advice to you, you either take it or leave it, everyone is free to choose what is more convenient to them.
