If me and my partner had sex a day before my period was supposed to start and i take birth control and we used a condom and I am 4 days late and still have not had my period, could I be pregnant?
No. If you're taking your pills correctly you have less then a 1% chance of pregnancy, then he used a condom. You will get your period when you are on the week free of active pills. Most pills have a full week break. You don't have a day you should start, just some time in that week.
It is doubtful. As Kaismama mentioned, your period will come during your break week or the week of inert pills (no active hormones). It can come ANY day that week. Most women start around 3-4 days into their break week on average but it can come the first day or even the last day and anywhere in between. Birth control pill when taken correctly have a less than 1% failure rate (99.9% effective) and using a condom as well makes it almost nil of a chance (I never say never but chances are so very small as to be almost none) so as long as you have been taking them every day and on time, no worries!
