It's a bit of a mixed case, & so it's impossible to give you an exact percentage of chance.
Firstly, he did not ejaculate inside of you, but he will have released pre-ejaculate/pre-cum, from almost the moment he entered you. You can become pregnant from that.
Secondly, Plan B can only work if you were not ovulating. It works by delaying your ovulation (release of eggs) until the sperm has left your body (up to 7 days in the right vaginal/cervical mucus. If you were already ovulating, then it won't work.
If you tell me the date you expect you next period, & whether or not you are always regular, I can try to give you an idea of whether or not you were ovulating. Just as a rough guide.
I'll also need to know when the sex happened.
