I'm asking about placebos because some days cigarettes taste awful and give me nausea and I don't smoke at all and other days they taste as good as ever! If that gross effect happened every day I'd already have quit. I'm on week five. My quit date was at the end of week four. I was not successful after day one. I've tried absolutely every other quitting avenue over the course of many years and this is my last ditch effort and honestly want it to work. I smoked less in week two than I am in week five. Thanks in advance for any input!
