I have had the mirena a little over a year and starting to see some changes- courious if this is normal or if its a sign of pregancy.
Should the cervix be slightly hard with mirena?

I would consult the gynecologist to make sure that your Mirena is not out of place or getting ready to be expelled. It could be pushing against the cervix making it feel hard. Are you able to feel the strings? Do they feel longer or different than they used to? It may not be anything but for peace of mind, it would be worth the exam.
