cephalexin 500 mg
If she ate one it probably wont hurt her. It is in your favor she is a large dog. They give dogs antibiotics too. Just watch her and if she seems to be having any problems call or take her to your Vet. Dogs are pretty good at throwing things up that are bad for their systems but they dont always. Just watch her and be sure she stays well hydrated. I think she will be ok. And, just like children, keep meds out of their reach.
No it shouldn't hurt him. They give the same thing to dogs. I know this because my little Min Pin had the same thing prescribed for him for a kidney infection. And I'll just go ahead and make you laugh while I'm at it, I have NEVER had a UTI but developed one shortly after the vet prescribed this for Sampson, my MinPin. Turned out the vet called me later that day and said x-rays showed he has a disc that is probably bothering him, and he didn't need the antibiotics so I just saved em. Wellllllll, I'm now taking my dogs antibiotics for UTI! Haha! Has definitely helped me!!! Little Samps ended up having to take prednisone and he is doing much, much better!
