I am trying to find out what cold medication with a decongestant is safe to use with celexa?
Pseudofed is the usual decongestant in cold meds, and its ok with celexa. You have to ask the pharmacist for this decongestant even tho its otc because the pseudofed is used to make meth. At that time check with him to make sure its ok with celexa.
I agree with Kaismama, anything with Pseudofed in it should be fine. Although I've taken all kinds of cold medications, OTC and prescribed and I've never had an problems with any of them and the Celexa I take. You should be able to take whatever you feel will work for your cold. Hope you feel better, I hate having a cold!
