Six months ago I had bad back pain and I had initial dose of 400 mg which made all the difference. This time I didn't start with 400 mg on advice of pharmacist and I'm still having spasms after 3 days help! Of course it's Sunday!
Celebrex - Can I take 400 mg at one time and then get on 200 mg twice a day?

I have been taking 200 mg once or twice daily with little or no relief despite lots of bed rest. So some Celebrex is already in my system? So I wanted to try 400mg and then resume 200.
I took Celebrex 200mg a day in a split dose about a year for inflammation from OA. During that time
I also developed ulcers. The literature says Celebrex can be taken with or without food. As an extra
precaution I would take with food and avoid other anti inflammatory drugs(aspirin ).
