You need to see a doctor to get a diagnosis and the proper medications. You should never self-diagnose or self-treat an STD --- IF that is what you have. You could have something else going on. Sorry, but I think everyone else on this site will tell you the same thing, which is to see your doctor.
I'm not sure about trimethoprim ... cefalexin may help.
