Cataract - What about replacement lens. Can they correct vision as contact lens?

It depends what is wrong with your eyes. Allot of the vision problems are from the shape of the eye and takes something other then the lens that is used to replace a lens with a cataract. It might be possible to do whatever it takes to improve vision while they are removing the cataract, I don't know.

Yes, they can somewhat. You may need a special lens for high astigmatisms. It doesnt fix the need for reading glasses though free discount card
