Since I have have had knee surgery and the doctor will no longer supply the hydrocodone. I have clonidine but have no idea what dosage to take. My withdrawls symptoms are not that severe, it seems to be more of a psychological withdrawal than a physical one. (Except the first 4-5 days where I feel lethargic) any suggestions on dosage?
Not advisable, your Dr should make the call on this, not sure how far along you are with the WD, if it's less than 2-weeks there are more symptoms on the way, but either way resting it with this is risky, and anyone on the Internet who gives you a dosage is taking more of a chance, as the pathology and general health issues are unknown.
Both the drugs you listed Clonodine and Catapres are for High Blood Pressure, not for pain. I don't know what Victorian is, do you mean Voltaren? Either way, you do not take Clonodine for the symptoms of withdrawal. You need to talk to your doctor (or another doctor), and take your meds with you to show them before you take anything else.
