My mother has ostheoartritis and her fingers has inflamation and hursts. She is allergic to aspirine.

While Cataflam (diclofenac) does not contain aspirin the literature accompanying this medicine states the following:
You should not use Cataflam if you are allergic to diclofenac, or if you have a history of allergic reaction to aspirin or other NSAIDs.
If your mother is allergic to aspirin than she may also be allergic to the Cataflam. I would consult her doctor before taking the Cataflam.
