Hi oldy, periodontitis (a serious gum infection that damages the soft tissue and bone that supports the tooth leading to the collapse of your teeth) is a known and listed side effect of Carvedilol. If they are already breaking off, too much damage has likely been done to reverse it. Ask your doctor or dentist for advice.
