Carfilzomib (Kyprolis) is given in a 28 day cycle. The number of times you receive it and on which days of the cycle, are determined by your doctor. He determines your dosing schedule based on your particular condition and can adjust your dosing schedule as needed to get the best results. Your response to this medication will be monitored closely, especially when you first start receiving this chemotherapy. I wish you the very best results from your treatments. Today, I am a 10-year survivor of multiple myeloma. Hang in there!
