I agree with Kaismama that you should get that information from the hospital before leaving. Also ask the hospital to make you an appt with a podiatrist a foot Dr. The Dr. will help you maintain your feet to prevent any more amputation. If you have insurance, Medicaid, or medicare they will pay for a pair of diabetic shoes each year.
