Also I have uncontrollable muscle spacicity. And recurring thoughts of the past abuse along with physical pain that happens when I think about it. Most nights I won't sleep because I feel it like it happened yesterday.

Not really but from what you have put down too is muscle spacicity and types of pain i was on it for years for chronic spasm,and nerve pain so doctor might be checking to see if that helps with some of your simptoms and it can cause some sedation depending on what dose you are on. enjoy the rest of your weekend.
