Generic Name: clarithromycin
Pill imprint a KL has been identified as Biaxin 500 mg.
Biaxin is used in the treatment of dental abscess; upper respiratory tract infection; skin infection; strep throat; helicobacter pylori infection (and more), and belongs to the drug class macrolides. Risk cannot be ruled out during pregnancy.
Biaxin 500 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.
