Dear d, Welcome to the site. If you have very recently make the switch to suboxone, then you may still be adjusting. The switch from methadone to suboxone is the trickiest. You got down low enough, but It takes a bit more time for a methadone patient to adjust because methadone is also an opiate replacement and it too last long on the receptor site, as it recedes off of them, the subs will have more room to sit down. I wish you had added when you made the switch, how long you waited after last use of methadone and how fast you went up to 16 mgs. I also wish they had given you subutex first, it usually is a bit easier for a methadone patient to go on subutex. I know you feel bad, but try to add that so you can get a better answer. Thanks, Patti
