Found in daughters room, light yellow, i think it might be seroquel but want to make sure

You are right - it is generic Seroquel. Your pill is Teva-Quetiapine (quetiapine) 100 mg manufactured by Teva in Canada.
Description: Each yellow, round, biconvex, film-coated tablet, engraved with "N" on one side and "100" on the other side, contains quetiapine fumarate equivalent to 100 mg of quetiapine free base.
