Kevin,
Sorry no one has answered your question as of yet. I want to verify that you are inquiring about one or the other? Just to make sure, Clonidine and Klonopin are two different medications. Easily confused due to the spelling and sound of the name, however one is an anti-anxiety medication (Klonipin) and another is a blood pressure medication (Clonidine) that is also used by some doctors to help with sleep and/or RLS (restless Leg Syndrome).
I checked online and on this site for any indication of problems with the combination of both meds separately used with the Cephalexin and found no alerts. It is always best to check with your pharmacist too, as I may have missed it. But on initial search I found nothing.

Hope this helps,
