Yes. Usually you would try Albuterol first and if that wasn't working and the patients breathing was deteriorating you would give racemic epi. I am assuming you have been given these drugs for asthma. It is important that you have a good action plan and that you understand what needs to be given for worsening asthma symptoms. You should discuss this with your Doctor or organise a visit from an Asthma educator.
