My boyfriend been talking this medication for about 4 month It seemed okay at first but now I see alot of old behaviors returning.

I'm sure you can build up a tolerance to fluoxetine. Although none of the reviews under fluoxetine suggest such a thing I have read reviews about other antidepressants which seem to lose their effect after a while.
