I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and have been managing it pretty well but the past 2 days have been unbearable amounts of pain.
Can ultram and naproxen be taken together? Lyrica causes problems with my eyesight?

I was prescribed Anaprox and Ultram together. Anaprox is just a brand of naproxen. But as the other person mentioned, always check with your doctor to make sure its right for your specific situation:) I couldn't take Lyrica because of the awful "high" feeling and the serious fast weight gain. Good luck!
pfcpremosgirl, I am taking Lyrica, I am not feeling high but I can't deal with weight gain! Do you mean it makes you hungry or you just gain weight?
It did increase my appetite, but I was gaining far more weight than just from eating. It was alot of weight in a short time, and I felt swollen, in the ankles and hands.
Hi Castrous; Personally , I wouldn't take ultram if they paid Me. It's totally useless and is good for nothing but getting you hooked on it. I don't even know how it does that. I got some 50mg , I took 3 & got nothing, I got pissed so I crushed and snorted 3 & dropped 4 more and 2 hours later... nothing... [I swear]. So I took 3 asprin & went to bed. If you gott'a get hooked , get something decent. If you don't want to get hooked try "Excedrin, Extra Strength"! It has 250mg.Asprin , 250mg. Acetaminaphen & 65mg. Caffine / pill. It's the Caffine that kicks it. You take 4 of those {they're slow] and your pain is GONE ! If You have problems with Acteamin. take 5 Asprin, a 6or 8 oz. glass of Milk and a cup of coffee , same game, but the Milk's for your stomach. Sacosam
Ultram can help with fibromyalgia pain. It is a safer drug than stronger narcotics. Most people aren't taking it to get high. If used far above the prescribed amounts, it can cause addictions, or if taken much more frequently. I would recommend if it is not helping your fibro, discussing other options with your doctor. There are some other medications, which aren't narcotic, that have shown some success in the treatment of fibromyalgia.
yes u can take both together. ultram, ultraset is just another compound that attaches to the same brain receptors as any kind of opiates does. your brains receptors once loaded with all these chemicals stops putting out its own. once a person becomes hooked on all these drugs you may as well just go for the cheapest and strongest. all this medication is just trying to mimic what opiates does.
