You should be using Lamisil or something with tolfanate in it, they are anti fungals. Antibiotics are not going to touch it and may make it worse. Check the area of the pharmacy that has foot care products or jock itch products. Sterilize your tub several time while you are using the treatment and you may have to buy new shoes, you can try treating them with an anti fungal powder or spray, but, if it keeps coming back, toss them and get some new ones. When you are home, try to keep your feet dry as possible and let them air out without shoes.
