What medicine can be advised to reduce thrush when pregnant and which ones are to be avoided
An applicator is not recommended during pregnancy but if you don't really insert it inside the vagina it shouldn't cause a miscarriage. You can use a pessary (vaginal tablet) and that won't do any harm.
