will they have legal issues?
YES!! Most definately. If any drug is transferred to another person without the benefit of a physician giving it out than you can be in some serious problems. This is a Federal crime and could put you away for a long time. Any drug that is given by someone other than a doctor can also be called dealing or traficking. Especially but not limited to a narcotic drug like the Oxycontin. Please kep yourself safe and don't ever do this. I will be thinking of you.
Marjorie is right. Besides the illegality, what if something happened to this person and it came back to whomever had given the drug? The DEA would most definitely get involved. This is also part of the reason so many people who truly need this medication have to jump through hoops to get it.
We had guy in our town, he gave Oxycontin pills (I think it was 5 or 6)
to another guy at a party. He didn't even know the guy he gave the pills to. They were all drinking and some pass out and the others went home. The next morning they found the guy dead in bed. To make a long story short, the guy vomited and because he had the Oxycontin is his system, he didn't wake up. The guy suffocated and they said that the Oxycontin is the only reason he died. So the guy who gave him the pills was charged with murder. He pleaded guilty and got 15 years in prison. Cherie
