I've read that Nucynta causes insominia in some people and was wondering if a sleep aid can be taken at bedtime.
I don't think it would counteract it at all; In fact it would make you very sleepy. All 3 are depressants. the Nucynta is an opiate pain killer, Temezepam is a very strong benzodiazepine that is used for sleep although they go up to 30mg (15mg is 2nd strongest) and the Valium is also a benzodiazepine at the 2nd strongest strength since they go up to 10mg. If the Nucynta is a high dose one, I would be worried since you could fall asleep and not wake up just by simply forgetting to breathe while sleeping.
