Can Lotrisone Lot be used for inner ear infection?

Firstly you shouldn't use a topical lotion like Lotrisone in your ear.
And if it is a bacterial infection then no, you shouldn't use products with antifungal and corticosteroids in the ear. You need to have either oral antibiotics or antibiotic eardrops.
