Can Lotrisone Lot be used for inner ear infection?

Firstly you shouldn't use a topical lotion like Lotrisone in your ear.

And if it is a bacterial infection then no, you shouldn't use products with antifungal and corticosteroids in the ear. You need to have either oral antibiotics or antibiotic eardrops.

Please see your doctor.

Don't know about lotrisone.
But the first choice drug for ear infections is undoubtely Amoxicillin or its derivative with clavulanic acid.
