Lisinopril is associated with side effects to pain:

chest pain; stomach pain (with or without nausea or vomiting); symptoms of low blood pressure (e.g, fainting, severe dizziness, lightheadedness). etc. perhaps low blood pressure could cause the effect, you must seek medical advice from doc./pharmacist who prescribed the med, hope this helps?
