I started taking lactaid about 3 weeks ago (November 25). I use it about 2 times a day to help me eat dairy products. I was supposed to start my period on the 1st of December and it hasn't come. Can lactaid play a roll in making a period late or irregular?

After doing much reasearch i cannot find a correlation between lactaid and a woman's menstrual cycle.
The only thing it can really give you is a rash.
I have pcos and it had the opposite effect for me. I read how dairy can cause fluctuations in hormones for some women. I did an experiment and switched to lactaid milk. I haven't had a period for close to 2 months which is normal for those with pcos. Surprisingly it came.
