I find myself making comments. Example: My boss hired a new employee. She was late for the interview. This employee jokingly stated " I thought you liked me and now you stood me up for this interviewed." Well later I stated to my boss looks like you got a new boyfriend.
Can Zoloft loosen you up to the point you say things in the moment that other wise you might not?

My first question to you is, how long have you been taking Zoloft? What is your dosage?
When I first started taking it, it made me rather "loose" as well. This occurred approximately in or after the first week I started taking it. But eventually that effect faded and the medication did it's job instead of making me "loopy", for lack of a better word.
