Im 44 yrs of age, im over weight i say about 100 lbs. I also have a small heart condition and the doctor has told me to drop some weight but its kind of hard and dealing with other stuff. Now im exercising but it dont see to do the job, i got a bad knee that i cant do much. So was wondering since i exercise and if i was taking the xencial pills will it help me to drop some weight?
You need to watch what you are eating as well. Exercising alone is often not enough especially as you get older.
If you watch what you eat, exercise and take xenical you should lose weight.
Talk with your doctor if you are still having trouble, or you could try a personal trainer or a dietician.
What sort of heart issue do you have?
Birth control pills are not recommended if you have high blood pressure or a history of blood clots.
